Orders & Shipping

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can follow your package’s journey straight to your door.
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping typically arrives in 5–8 business days, depending on your location.
At this time, we ship within the United States and Canada. We hope to expand to additional countries soon.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately and we’ll update your address for you.
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100 USD before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Simply visit our returns portal or contact our customer care team with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with clear return instructions.
Of course. If you’d like to exchange for another product or color, just let us know when requesting your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping in full.

Yes. Our fabrics are chosen for their gentle, skin-friendly qualities and are free from harsh chemicals and irritants.
We carefully select premium cotton, bamboo, and other natural fibers for their softness, breathability, and durability.
Minimal shrinkage may occur during the first wash. Following our care instructions will keep your pieces true to size and beautifully soft.
Yes, if desired. Use a low-heat setting while the fabric is still slightly damp for best results.
